VAACR is a network of volunteer administrators dedicated to the professional development of Volunteer Administrators in New York's Capital Region for over 30 years.  Membership is open to any individual or agency, school or business that utilizes volunteers or is considering instituting a volunteer program.  We meet at 12:00 the 2nd Wednesday of October, December, March and June.  Meetings include a professional development program followed by lunch and are held at different locations throughout the Capital Region.  For minutes from our last meeting, click here.

If you would like to be a member of VAACR, download the Membership Brochure and mail the completed form with membership fee to the VP of Membership (address listed on brochure).

Feel free to join us at our next luncheon meeting (open to the public) on Thursday, March 8th at the American Red Cross.   Due to a scheduling conflict the meeting will be held on a Wednesday in March of 2012 instead fo the typical Wednesday.  More information will be forthcoming but the focus of the meeting will be information sharing around volunteer recruitment as well as an important discussion on the future of VAACR.

Registration begins at 11:45 and lunch will be served promptly at Noon.

Lunch will be a buffet of salad and wraps.

Cost: Free

Please RSVP by Friday, March 2nd to Angela Neal at 423-4670 or aneal@aarp.org
